Join us for a special homage to Vietnam's traditional specialities updated with a modern flair. Executive Chef Tony Vu takes us on a culinary stroll featuring several seafood dishes that expand your horizon for Vietnamese delicacies.

First Course - Oysters with passionfruit Nuoc Cham
Second Course - Long bean nests with minced pork and crab
Third Course - Burrata salad with tomatoes, mango, Thai Basil, and Shisho Oil
Fourth Course - Grilled pawns tossed in tamarind sauce served with jasmine rice
Dessert - Grass jelly in coconut milk with Lychee and Matcha ice cream
