Join us for our first An Choi experience which means "eating for fun" in Vietnamese.  

Chef Devin has created several tapas style chef driven specialties that infuse traditional Vietnamese ingredients with a modern approach to small plates. 

Tickets include dinner with dessert, gratuity and welcome glass of wine or champagne. 


An Choi - Vietnamese Tapas Menu

Sugar cane shrimp: poached tiger prawn, raw sugar tuile, pickled watermelon radish.

Shiitake mushrooms: Braised and pan seared shiitake mushrooms, pomegranate soy glaze, sauteed daikon, dill.

Vietnamese clams: Steamed little neck clams, ginger thai chili butter, fresh basil, nuoc cham

Baby bok choy: Seared baby bok choy, pickled radish, soft boiled egg, chili crisp, togarashi.

Salmon: Seared salmon, steamed gai lan, fish sauce espuma, glass noodles.

Dessert: Mango coconut rice pudding.
