Passport Vietnam: Elevated Street Food

Join us for the kick off of our Fall Passport Vietnam dinner series with Executive Chef/Co-Owner Tony Vu and Founder/Co-Owner Soon Hagerty as we introduce you quintessential street foods in a uniquely elevated fashion.

Tickets include a welcome glass of wine or bubbly along with five delicious courses  carefully curated by Chef Tony Vu.

1st Course  - Shrimp Toast - Shrimp, Milk Bread, Sweet Onion, Jungle Butter, Cilantro

2nd Course - Nem Lụi Huế - Grilled Lemongrass Pork Skewer, Bibb Lettuce, Pickled Carrot and Diakon, Herbs

3rd Course - Crispy Rice Salad - Red Curry Rice, Egg, Cucumber, Shallots, Herbs, Fish Sauce Vinaigrette, Crushed peanuts 

4th Course -  Crying Tiger Steak - Marinated Strip Steak, Chrysanthemum Salad, Jasmine Rice, Crying Tiger Sauce

Dessert - Che Thai - Grass Jelly, Mochi, Coconut Ice cream, Coconut milk, Basil Seed, Mango
