Our New Year's Eve dinner will be centered around a “hot pot” encapsulating the communal dining ethos.
For this special event we recommend groups of four or six to fully experience the camaraderie of group dining as you cook an array of ingredients together—thinly sliced premium meats such as wagyu beef, fresh crab, head-on shrimp, mushrooms, cabbage, fresh noodles, and more—in pots of simmering, seasoned broth. Once cooked to your liking, customize your bowl with an array of sauces and revel in the family style experience!
