Passport Vietnam: Bò 7 Món (Seven Courses of Beef)

328 East Front Street, Traverse City 49684

Our second Passport Vietnam series dinner of the season will showcase a popular Vietnamese meal often served for special occasions - Bò 7 Món, or Bò Bảy Món, literally translates from Vietnamese to "seven courses of beef".

From tangy Beef Carpaccio to rich Shaking Beef and more, Chef Tony Vu and our team will treat you and your tastebuds to a delicious tour of a traditional meal that dates back to the 1930s in Southern Vietnam.

What better ingredient to highlight for the cold Northern Michigan winter season? Grab your friends and family and warm up with seven comforting beef dishes!

Now we can finally answer that age-old question:
