2022 marks the year of the Tiger so we're unleashing the fierce creativity of co-owner and Executive Chef Tony Vu as he and the team prepare five delicious specialties known to offer good luck for the coming year.

Champagne with passionfruit spheres
Pho Dumplings and Banh Tet - Juicy beef dumplings with basil, scallions, and pho broth and a sweet sticky rice cake with pork and mung bean filling steamed in banana leaf.
Canh Kho Qua Cha Ca - Bittermelon soup with fish cakes and morel mushrooms.
Hey Quay - Crisp, Roasted pork belly served with woven rice noodles, netted spring rolls, bibb lettuce and herbs
Peking Duck -served with scallions, cucumber, Mandarin pancakes, and hoisin sauce
Jin Dui with Ice Cream - Fried sesame balls filled with red bean paste
