The Good Cook Virtual: Bún Riêu

Join us for The Good Cook Virtual class for one of our favorite childhood dishes and a much loved Vietnamese noodle soup - Bún Riêu. This delicious and flavorful dish includes a savory rich broth with tomato and and umami-packed crab, dried shrimp, egg mixture and fresh herbs.

You'll also learn how to roll perfect pleats for veggie potstickers as part of a delicious starter that is sure to please every member of the household. 

Class includes all ingredients for both the Bún Riêu and veggie potstickers as well as a printed recipe to recreate your meal. 

Pair the class with one of our housemade cocktail bottles or a delicious Grove Mill Sauvignon Blanc. Recruit a few friends to join in the fun!

**Pick up time for all ingredients for the class will be during regular business hours March 14th. Please email shana@goodbowleatery.com to indicate preferred pick up time. We will email you a Zoom link the day before the class to join in.
