Join Executive Chef/co-owner Tony Vu and co-owner Soon Hagerty for a very special edition of Passport Vietnam to ring in the Year of the Dragon!
You'll experience a specially curated dinner featuring five courses of cultural specialties all known to bring in Good Luck for the coming year.
Tickets are limited and include a welcome glass of wine or speciality beer. Please reserve your seats in advance and indicate any guests you would like to be seated with.
First Course: Vietnamese Charcuterie Platter - Pate, Cha Lua (Banana Leaf Pork Sausage), Sardine in Tomato Sauce, Pickles, Sesame Rice Crackers
Second Course: Dumplings - Banh Cuon Tom (Steamed Shrimp), Shumai (Pork and Shrimp), Nem Ran (Fried Pork and Crab roll)
Third Course- Soup - Canh Kho Qua - Bittermelon stuffed with pork and woodear mushrooms in chicken consummé
Fourth Course - Thit Kho Chung - Braised pork belly and egg in coconut and fish sauce with Hoa Thien Ly (Telosma Cordata) and Jasmine rice
Dessert - Banh Bo Nuong - Pandan Honeycomb Cake
